Where are you located? Knowing this may assist you with replies.
Seek out all design schools in the area. Take the graduate students after checking their art designs. Or ask the schools to recommend students that could be qualified.

Savannah College of Art and Design has a yearly Senior fashion show. Though there are many talented designers at this school yearly.
